Recording:
The main multitrack system is the SSL Soundscape DAW with 2 x Mixpander cards, and 2 x Ibox 96kHz/24Bit converters with 32 analogue Inputs and Outputs. 1 UAD2 Quad and 1 UAD1 hardware plug-ins cards complement the system.
For midi recording/sequencing and additional multitrack recording we have a second RME based system with RME ADI-8 DS 96kHz/24Bit converters. Sonar 7 is the main sequencer we use for midi programming and is synchronised directly to the Soundscape system.
These systems are extremely powerful and stable, allowing all possibilities of editing, looping, pitch correction, sample replacement and quantization.
As a rule, we backup session files at the end of each session, ensuring complete safety of our clients' work.

Mixing:
Mixing is carried out via a combination of digital and analogue equipment. The SSL Soundscape system is fully automated, with total recall of all parameters. The audio then passes through the analogue Neve mixing consoles, adding warmth and a great sonic character to the sound.
A wide range of outboard equipment compliments the system, bringing life and vitality to the recording. High-end valve equalisers, compressors, limiters and effects units, including equipment from Tube-Tech, MSE Audio, Purple Audio, Calrec, Focusrite, Neve, Lexicon, Eventide, TC Electronic and others.

Monitoring:
The studio monitors are Dynaudio Acoustic M2's and BM15's. Both very accurate and detailed sets of speakers that do not "flatter" the music, so what you hear is what you get.

Outboard:
The outboard racks contain equipment usually found exclusively in world-class studios. Valve pre-amps, Eq's and compressors from Tube-Tech, MSE and Millennia, compressors and limiters from Focusrite, Purple Audio, Amek and Calrec.
The use of high quality outboard units gives our recordings a feeling of "being there" and a larger than life sound. Effects units from Eventide, Lexicon and TC Electronic bring a grand sense of space and size to the mix.
