Initially released with the lower cover art, which is that of Watain's Lawless Darkness digipak edition. The image was used without permission, and had to be replaced, which was feasible for the items in stock. Moreover, buyers were sent stickers with the new, upper cover art to alter their copies.

Music & lyrics by Nekrobutcher, except 'Ave Satanii' intro, originally composed by Jerry Goldsmith (taken from the "The Omen" movie soundtrack)
