Lowering - it's a one man project formed by Russian musician from Saint-Petersbourg, Russia.

Originally an idea was a combination of dark jazz with funeral doom and post rock influences. Years passed and besides of switching location to New York, Lowering turned to atmospheric funeral jazz or depressive jazz, as the band names itself.
