Шведская дарк-хардкор команда NO OMEGA заключила соглашение с лейблом THROATRUINER RECORDS. В конце января коллектив отправился в студию для записи нового альбома "Shame", выход которого состоится весной и он будет доступен на виниле прямо перед европейским туром с THIS GIFT IS A CURSE.
NO OMEGA plays a dark, emotional and intense hardcore, influenced by bands like The Carrier, Killing the Dream, Meleeh, Oceana and Rise and Fall. Started out in January 2010 and released a demo in May the same year.
Their debut 7-inch EP is released on WORLD vs COMETH and Monument Records in January 2011. At the end of 2010 they did a tour with REASON TO CARE (DE), playing Sweden, Denmark, Germany - supporting THE CARRIER (us) on three dates. Going back home only for a couple of weeks before they headed out on tour again together with FULL OF HELL (US) at the end of January. This time, a more extensive Europe tour; playing in Germany, Poland, Austria Italy, France, UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. And this is only the beginning, hoping to follow in the footsteps of other great Swedish hardcore bands such as Anchor and Refused.

We are all vegans and vegetarians and we support these dietary choices because we, humyns, are "all-eaters" thereby can survive on a vegetarian diet. We do not need murder and the slaugther of so many lives and animals. To quote xAnchorx; "how can anyone choose death before life?". There is also the industrial aspect to it. In western society we have reached a level and a stage where - we believe - that industries must be set up to provide enough goods and food for people. And when it becomes an industry, it becomes so much more. The suffering of millions of lives as well as the environmental side to it. Just to get meat on our plates when we so easily can live without it!
We hope for anarchism and incorporate political ideas and civilization criticism into both our lyrics and at our shows. We try to spread ideas in a very open and relaxed way - humbly offering litterature at our shows as we are open for discussions.
You can still enjoy our music without agreeing with our views and opinions, but maybe we can inspire a few people with our thoughts. Thanks.
