Since October 2006 DIS.AGREE has become a fixed instance of the regional as well as the trans-regional metal scene. With their mix of thrash / death metal and hardcore elements a largely own style is followed which can not be defined to any given style of metal.
During the first months the quintet around band founder Holger Schützler already paved their path that should be ascending. Thus, already in September 2007 with a second place at Local Vision Band Contest DIS.AGREE got a foot into the door which then opened in early 2008 to a support slot for the german Slayer cover band Slayensemble .
More shows followed at regular intervals and the work and the joy of music culminated the first time as support for War From A Harlots Mouth Blood and Spencer in January 2009.
The following time was used to work intensively on new songs for the first album called Dissertatio Humanitas which was released in 2010. As another highlight DIS.AGREE made the Hallenbad Wolfsburg tremble at the side of Cripper in March 2010 and set the house on fire.
After front man Denis Tietz died in a tragic car accident on March 12th, 2011 DIS.AGREE suffered a severe setback. Half a year later the creative pause ended with Sebastian Linder as the new front man and worthy successor.
The main concentration now was on writing new songs to show DIS.AGREEs progress and to provide the baseline for the upcoming album "Break The Chains".
