Within no time the band releases its first self-titled demo in March 2003.
This first draft surprises the underground scene and a large part of the press due to its quality, entailing favorable fallouts.
The group then starts touring and shares the stage with bands like Carnal Lust and Outcast.
Yorblind record their first album in May 2004 at the Soundsuite Studio, produced and mixed by Terje Refnes (Enslaved, Green Carnation, Nightmare).
With this recording, the quintet joins label Thundering Records and « Melancholy souls » sees the light of day by September 2005. When promoting the album, Yorblind tour with bands like Hacride, Mors Principium Est, Kronos, Kristendom and many more.
Strengthened by this experience the band enters the studio April 2008 to record its second opus. First influenced by the Gothenburg scene, Yorblind's music is getting more personal, more brutal, more technical while keeping the melodic touch.
The « Reflexions » album, produced and mixed by Franck Hueso at the Mix'em All Studio (Hacride, Klone, Mistaken Element...) but also mastered by Tue Madsen (Dark Tranquillity, Moonspell, Disbelief...), features pretigious guests such as Adrien (Hacride), Seb (Aborted) and L. Chuck D. (Carnal Lust).
« Reflexions » has been out by the beginning of 2010.
