The „Bionic Angel“ is a creature that arose from the spheres between Heaven and Hell. Some call him an angel, others a demon. He is a prisoner between both worlds, a creature between light and dark. For some he means the light into the dark, the others he leads straight into the depths of hell. He is familiar to love, happiness and beauty as well as hate, pain and destruction which reflect from his nature. He is the dark herald of the apocalypse which was foreseen from the beginning of all times.

The German-American scandal-band was founded by the singer “The Juggernaut” in 2000. Because of their extreme stage performance and their provocing lyrics they are again and again the aim of the press, politic and religious parties. The result was various changes of the members of the group. The latest line-up exists since early 2002, in the meantime they played shows together with HIM and also as headliners.
They call their kind of music “Art-Rock”. The stage performance is there to make the music visible and the message of the songs more transparent and understandable. Nevertheless there is often misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the music. In a very special way, they combine electronic beats with heavy guitar riffs and catchy melodies. You cannot compare the BIONIC ANGEL sound with any stylistic range. There can be seen influences of Dark/Doom Metal, Pop, Rock and Electro, no direct classification is possible. It’s Bionic Rock!
